HOPE Special Prom 2022 is coming!   The HOPE Special Prom will be hosted this THURSDAY, JUNE 23, at the Bolingbrook Golf Course! Lets dig at the details below!

PROM RULES:

-Everyone MUST be registered to be at prom. 

-If you are a parent dropping off and are inside less than 5 minutes, you do not need to register. IF you are a parent that would like to hang around, you need to register yourself as well.  Please email us immediately! 

-Everyone does not need to be at prom at 5pm or leave at 10pm. We are a fluid event and we understand people will come and go. BUT, there is only one way in and out. The front door. Everyone must check IN AND OUT with the Welcome Table. 10PM everyone will be out of the building. Please do not be late picking up. 

-We will have an ambulance service on site thanks to Ridge EMS. They will assist with anything that may need their help. 

-We do have a quiet room stocked with coloring, puzzles, calm low music, and peaceful seating for anyone needing to unwind. 

-We do have a medical room where procedures can be completed without peering eyes.  We have a monitor for the room, but no assistance will be given unless urgent. 

-We do have an awesome DJ, DJ Raul, who will have a blast emceeing this event. 

-There will be a spread of food by our wonderful donators such as Dominos, Paisans Pizza, Ted's Montana Grill, Portillos, Area 51 Cupcakery, Smoothie King, Savinos, and more! 

-We have activities like magic, face painting, arcade games, dancing, and more! We even have a little surprise coming to kick off the dance floor! We do have a few photo spots to take some memorable photos. We will also have a photobooth provided by PhotoMania Chicago! We will also have photographers and Bolingbrook Community Television on site to capture all the awesomeness! We also have limo rides on a party bus that is handicap accessible!

PROM SCHEDULE:

-4PM - All volunteers please start.  We will walk the entire building, we will explain the events, and then we will walk once more and place volunteers where needed. 

-5PM - Show Starts!  Music will begin, Magic Wayne will begin, PhotoMania Chicago has a photo booth, Prince Arcades has games to play, and we kick off the party!  Ridge EMS on site ready to assist if need be. 

-5:15PM - Limos rides start outside! 

-6PM - Food starts!  We have many sponsors and donators that have gifted you delicious food in a wide assortment!  You will not be disappointed! 

-7PM - Special guest to really kick off the party on the dance floor.  We wont give it away, but it is a surprise you will not forget!  Face Painting will start! 

-8PM - Dinner speech, and thanks. 

-9PM - We start to wind down, music is still jammin', but food is closed, and folks are welcome to exit if need be. 

-10PM - Show is over!  Prom 2022 is in the books and we start planning PROM 2023!!!!!
